Bodrum Castle
Bodrum Castle, or the Castle of St Peter, dominates Bodrum’s skyline and offers stunning panoramic views of the city and sea. Built by the Knights of St John in the early 15th century, the impressive structure took years to complete and is a wonderful example of medieval architecture. The castle is open to the public and houses a fascinating underwater archaeology museum.

The signages arent great.
The signages arent great. Its hard to figure out exactly where the museum is, the hours, etc inside the castle. The information on google isnt 100% accurate with the reality. I would say - go to the castle, then it is not ONE museum. There are many little ones. And one main one. They are all inside the castle for sure. You just have to find them as you explore the castle. Its actually great fun! After you do that - the castle has a whole new meaning. I was lucky to be able to see a jazz concert in the castle. If you get a chance to see a show, opera, ballet, concert - IT IS SO WORTH IT. The acoustics of the amphitheatre and the setting is stunning.Guest review byTravlpashnUnited States - 10.0
