Cats. Private access to swimming pool. Beautiful garden. Food was available all the time.

The property did everything it said on the tin, nice pool, nice staff, was Clean and tidy. Someone came round to clean the room every morning/afternoon.

Fantastic hotel! Each and every member of the staff was very friendly, smiling at us all the time (genuinely), being there at our service! Eg. even when we went to have lunch after closing time, the waiter came to us, I thought he would kindly ask us to leave or at least hurry us up, but he just wanted to ask what we were drinking… Positive surprises in every corner: the events, the decorations, the night shows, the kids facilities and kids programs, the little extras (eg. popcorn at night shows/ face painting for kids, foam party) etc. We loved it!

The hotel is very well located, close to Side old town and 200 metres from the beach. When I arrived, Bekir took my luggage, I did my checkin and he helped me with my luggage up to my room. He explained to me everything where I can find it (restaurant, pool, where things are around my room). So big shout out for Bekir who was so polite and nice. The room is spacious and cleaned daily, the cleaning ladies are working so hard. The hotel is quiet and clean and you have everything inside : gym, spa, doctor, well ness. The food was delicious, with a variety of fish, meat, poultry every single day. They have a cute little gym, that is equiped with what you need to do your workout, also they provide towels and water inside the gym. The staff is doing an amazing job and their best to keep everyone happy. Friday's party by the pool with foam was the best, everyone danced, laughed and enjoyed.

The experience was fantastic. The hotel is not too big, but maybe that's the point. You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. And so on every day. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones!

The property has everything you need to have a beautiful stay, the pools (private pool you have just a few steps from your bed is especially amazing), spacious green areas with wonderful trees and flowers, very nice sand beach and amazing spa you should definitely pay a visit. Service was great, there is no thing that you could possibly need that you can’t get. Food was delicious in every restaurant, great choice of cheese, salads, sweets, you name it. Every recommendation for this hotel, you won’t make s mistake by choosing it, for sure!
