Everything was great. The staff were very helpful and responsive. They all had a smile on their face and spoke good English Special thanks to FaizuAllah who served us with love and sincerity. The manager with blue eyes ( cannot remember his name ) was so informative. He answered all our inquiries and gave us good recommendations on where to dine and how to move around. My family loved the hotel. It is very suitable for families with children as we booked a suite of two rooms (one for us and one for our three children) and were able to stay together in one place. We planned our trip to stay 3 nights at Fatih area and then move to around Taksim. But after staying here, we decided next time we will spend all our time in Istanbul in this hotel. The location is unbeatable. It is close to all transportation and historical locations. We tried other hotels previously but nowhere can be that central and close to all attractions. Thank you so much for the complimentary breakfast in your other hotel, and for the complimentary limousine drive to our next destination. I really recommend this place.

very good location; walking distance to the old town (Topkapi and main visits..) and the souks; Close to public transport to visit the new town; and walking distance to the ferry terminal for a ferry trip. The hotel is in line with international standards in terms of comfort: air conditioning, double glazed windows, comfortable beds, curtains, clean and functional bathroom Very good welcome with staff wishing to make efforts, probably easier because it was the low season. The terrace should be pleasant in summer. The breakfast is good, a bit pricey.

The location is great, just few min walk from tram stop and from main monuments of city. A lot of places to eat around and small markets. Rooms are really clean and tidy. Staff is very nice and helfpul. Good breakfasts on the top flor.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. In fact this was the biggest plus of the hotel, so if I had to rate the hotel based on the staff I would give them a 10+. Located quite close to Hagia Sofia and Topkapi Palace is another plus. Great price based on the location too.

This was one of our favourite little mosques, with its...

This was one of our favourite little mosques, with its beautiful tiles and aa lack of tourist hordes. It can be hard to find; you need to climb up some stairs from street level, but it's worth it.. The markets around the mosque are also good.

THIS IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND SERENE PLACES THAT I HAVE VISTED AROUND THE WORLD. THE ISMIK BLUE TILES AND ARCHITECTURE BEYOND COMPARE. THE BLUE MOSQUE IS GOOD...BUT RUSTUM PASHA ....IS ANOTHER LEVEL. A MUST SEE AND AN ARCHEOLOGICAL DELIGHT
