Everything was perfect. Room, view, food and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful, friendly and attentive. We were so impressed with the excellent service they provided, they really went above and beyond. Location of the hotel is great as it is located close to Galata Tower, Galata bridge, Karakoy port, Metro station, Istiklal street etc. Receptionist was awesome and has provided us with free extern modem so we can use internet outside the hotel and has also gave us the Istanbulkart so we didn't need to buy it. I'm not sure about his name but he is mixed black/ arab. Owner of the hotel was also great as she has always welcomed us at the breakfast. Lady who serves the guests is also great.

The breakfast was delicious and you can notice lots of different choices everyday which is rare to be found in Istanbul Hotels , the breakfast was beyond expectations overall. It's a new hotel very nice and clean staff is lovely from Mustafa in the breakfast room to the receptionist bell boys all ready to help with a smile. Location is amazing close to restaurants port. Fun to walk around .
