I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality of the services, the hospitality, and the attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. They were quick to respond to any questions and provided us with useful information, including parking details. We were even given a free early check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch! Every day, we received complimentary water and tea, which made the stay even more pleasant. On our first day, breakfast was included for free, and we were also treated to complimentary fruit platters – a lovely surprise! The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless, and the staff made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Special mention goes to the gentlemen at the reception, who were absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. From the welcoming atmosphere to the thoughtful extras, everything was just perfect. We’ll definitely return! I would also like to extend a big thank you to Khurshid and his colleagues for all their kindness and professionalism. It was a true pleasure interacting with them, and their efforts made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for everything!

the Hotel met our expectations and the staff are amazing, all of them were exceptional including Orhan, Mohammet and all the rest. we booked 2 rooms, one triple room and one double room, the triple room were very spacious, the view were amazing. it was very quite although the tram was 200 meters away, Aksray tram station is 2 minutes away, its very close to the grand bazar and you can easily walk around to different tourist attractions.

During a 10-day stay at Diamond Beyazit Hotel, we enjoyed an unparalleled hospitality experience. The hotel surpassed all expectations, offering impeccable cleanliness and comprehensive amenities. Its strategic location facilitated seamless exploration of Istanbul. Notably, the exceptional staff, including Arfan, stood out for their warmth and professionalism. There was no mistake : the place was very clean and fully equipped, the hotel's location was strategic for exploring Istanbul, and the staff was wonderful, especially Arfan, the wonderful, educated Turkish young man a knowledgeable and courteous Arfan Turkish host, provided invaluable assistance and expert guidance throughout the stay.
