Very clean and comfortable room with a gorgeous view of the lake. The special tub in our Premier King Lake View room was well worth it. Free drinks and snacks. The dinner and breakfast buffets were absolutely stellar. A big pool area. Very helpful staff. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Great location in Ita Thao where you can eat at the market every night. The hotel is simple but comfortable and clean and comes with a very nice breakfast bento. The lady who seemed to do every job at the hotel around the clock is incredibly personable and has great English and recommendations when requested. We noted every day how nice it was interacting with her.
