Very good location, nice restaurants and shops near, the staff was very nice and polite. The room (on the ground floor) was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. Also it had a small terrace, but I didn't use it because of the cold weather. The rooftop is also nice for some quiet moments and for taking few photos. Thank you!

Everything! The welcoming faces walking in, the scents, the beautiful Christmas decorations, the cleanliness, the room itself is stunning and comfortable, we loved that we had a view of "hotel Constantine" from John wick, the location was pristine, the little chocolates by the bed after the evening service, honestly we can only rave and rave about this place. They even sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday.

Brooklyn Bridge

Once the world’s largest suspension bridge, Brooklyn Bridge is 5,989 feet, or just over a mile, long. Throw on a jumper and head across this windy stretch for some amazing skyline views – particularly on the way from Brooklyn to Manhattan. Time your stroll for sunset to watch the city lights twinkle into life against the pink and orange sky.

First on my list when I go to Brooklyn is always the DUMBO flea market! So many great finds, be it vintage, handmade, up and coming artists trying to sell their unique items from tiny hand crocheted earrings, key chains or even life size flowers, to artisan liquor. The smells from the bakeries, taco, street food and pizza places are mouth watering too!

Have a great lunch at a great restaurant located under the bridge, I believe the name is something like Little River Cafe. You can take the ferry from Manhattan and get off on the other side of the river, the restaurant is next to the ferry landing station. Expensive but great place for scargots if you like french cuisine.

We took the subway across & walked across the bridge towards Manhattan as this gave us the best views. Loads of souvenir sellers. Mind you keep to the correct side of the walkway or you can clearned up by the cyclists if not.

Location was safe, police station a block away, 10-15min to food court with a "Katz's Deli", Trader Joe's a little further, will be other major fast food. 6-7min walk to the start of Brooklyn Bridge walk, hotel just before Manhattan Bridge, going to Manhattan. Good area to be in if you want to get away from the crowded tourist area and cheaper.

The hotel is very cool; room, bar & lounge, lobby had very stilish forniture and were well organized. Room space was quite good for the three of us, the view was pretty nice. The staff very supportive and friendly. Position is great, multiple subway lines are few mins walk and the area around is full of great shops, restaurantscand bars. Brooklyn Bridge just 15 mins walk away, Barclays less than ten mins (we went to a rock gig there, it was great to walk and reach the venue so easily).

Stayed here in Brooklyn rather than manhatten. Quieter, nearer manhatten and Brooklyn bridge. Use air train and subway to get from JFK. Subway into manhattan easy to negotiate. Hotel really nice. Rooms quite large and very clean. Breakfast included in our stay.

Original Brooklyn Terrace close to the high street and the subway. Plenty of cafe's for breakfast and the restaurants near the station are a lot of fun. Sitting at a table on the footpath watching all of humanity file past on their way home in Brooklyn. Put a couple of beers in the fridge for the best backyard garden to sit in. Walk across Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Heights, the ferry from Brooklyn, DUMBO. Wonderful

The accommodation met my expectations. Pleasant hotel, friendly staff, cleanliness. We felt very comfortable there. Excellent location of the hotel right next to the park. Nearby were metro stops, a department store, a gastro market, groceries, fast food. Not far from the Brooklyn Bridge.

The room was clean and spacious. It had a mini fridge, a small balcony and the towels in the bathroom were good quality. The bed was big & comfortable. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the New York ferry transport system (GreenPoint). It was easy to getto DUMBO n the Brooklyn Bridge. The hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast but as we dont eat much for breakfast we went to local cafes nearby which were very good and reasonably priced. The area is residential and quiet. There is a supermarket nearby.

he location of the hotel was perfect, we were a 5 minute walk from the Brooklyn Bridge and the subways were a 3 minute walk away. The neighborhood was great. There were plenty of restaurants and shops and the traffic was calm.

One of the best walks is to do the High line which starts at The Standard Hotel. The Downtown bus tour is also excellent and you can hop on and off at your leisure to see many of the best spots. Would definitely recommend hiring bikes and cruising round Central Park. Walk the Brooklyn Bridge just to turn round and walk back to catch great views of the NY skyline.
