The hotel very well situated,the cafe Tutto Calcio was just perfect for breakfast, and I am simply speechless in regard to the staff, best group of people, kind, sweet, helpful! Pros: Excellent location. Redone and modernized historical building. Rooms are spacious (for NYC standards) and the pillows/bed are extremely comfortable. Loved the Marshall speakers available bedside. Restaurant and bar are excellent. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is outstanding — perfectly located on Broadway, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s very close by, as well as a nearby subway station. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room exceeded all expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Really modern, comfortable and clean, which is not easy to find in Manhattan. The staff was friendly without overbearing and accomodated early check in as well.
