This is our second time staying here. We loved the fact it's in a historic building, just a short walk from the Independence National Historical Park and from the city centre. The breakfast is great and all the staff are extremely friendly. We enjoyed having cookies and coffee in the afternoon in the communal areas. Having open fires in each of the lounges is a nice touch in the winter.

Awesome hotel room which is actually a large apartment with everything we need including even a washer and dryer. Located downtown, very convenient to discover Philadelphia. A first for us and we will definitely adopt it when we come back here, and we will look for Roost accommodations elsewhere too.

This hotel was a fantastic choice in our US trip. Our recepcionist, Mathew was super friendly, and kind. We get a very nice corner room, in high floor, with a wonderful view. The room was super clean, big and well equipped, the bed was comfortable. The location is also perfect.
