WOW WOW WOW - this hotel leads the way when it comes to customer service and comfort. The staff were really friendly and helpful on check-in and the room was lovely when we got there. We had an issue we needed to sort and our phone was not working with US numbers so one of the front desk staff lent us her phone so we could sort the issue, we were appreciative of this as it was a huge issue from our previous hotel. The location is excellent; CVS is across the street, 12 minutes from the nearby dock area which has great restaurants and bars. A Very Walkable area, safe and parking on site (charged) The room was super comfy - we were sad to leave it.

The front desk staff were amazing and accommodating, they went above and beyond to help me return a package that arrived too late for me. The bar staff made amazing cocktails and were able to advise us on other inside knowledge of where they have experienced a nice steak house or alternative eateries but obv the bar area was just as excellent, The decor was amazing, the corridors are massive by the rooms which is probably why the rooms are also quiet. So many other nice restaurants nearby with fabulous vibes, some decent shops, clean streets, a cinema, cake shops, sweet shops, Sephora, Lulu Lemon, Nike etc. The rooms had microwave, really good hairdryer, clothes steamer, Nespresso machine, mini fridge, breakfast table. It was a fabulous space enough to swing many cats around the room. We had such an amazing time, taxi to airport was only maybe 12 minutes away. I want to personally thank JENNA, ELLA, SKYLER and NICOLE for making such a big difference to our stay.

Location from Tampa airport, just a 10 minute drive, easy to find, breakfast next morning, plenty of choice from hot and cold. Staff at breakfast very helpful. Hotel was spotless, couldn't fault it. We had a room on the fourth floor, facing towards the highway, the hotel does lie back away from the highway so even though it is quite busy we couldn't really hear anything. Love the supply of Dove in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy and of course American huge sizes, even after a 9 hour flight from the UK I normally struggle with dropping off too sleep, but not this time, hubby was asleep before the tea was made.

Breakfast offered limited choices, no buffet; definitely no wow factor but worked. Ate at the small cafe/restaurant for late dinner when we arrived, which was good. Staff in all areas were great. Room clean, quiet and comfortable. Complementary shuttle service from airport was good. Took an Uber to the cruise terminal as shuttle service not offered to this location. Uber was $45. Would recommend hotel for short stay.
