There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

We liked the localization which was near everything: Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Pop Museum and etc. The staff were very kind and the food was great. The comfort of the room was superb along with a nice bathroom. The mini shop at the entrance of the hotel was very handy in case you needed anything. The receptionists were also kind and the reception itself was comfortable because it had a nice living hall.

The shared bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Also, they were always accessible and I never had any issues with them. I liked my standard room. It was perfect for storing my clothes and belongings.
