Perfect hotel, nice staff, especially Kevin

Everything about this little hidden gem of a hotel is amazing. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants (we particularly liked Nom Nom a 6 min walk away), still fairly quiet at night. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Without even asking we got an upgrade to a larger room as it is low season at the moment and we could also extend our stay - we loved it so much here. A lovely gentleman from the kitchen kept showering us with bananas whenever he ran into us in the lobby, such a lovely touch. The staff also helped us with information for transfers etc. The rooms are very new, the decor is lovely, modern, spatious, enough storage space, great bathroom. This has got to be the cleanest room we've been in in whole of Vietnam, western-standard clean. In many other places you would get a musty smell on the pillows or the towels as soon as they get wet. Not so here. Everything feels and smells pristine. The roof top pool is neat (open 24/7), even though we spent more time at the lovely beach. Breakfast options are good and fairly priced.

I was really surprised about Avari Hotel. Everything was perfect in my opinion. The rooms clean, hot water .. . I could park my bicycle in the basement. The staff was very friendly and helped me as much as they could as I had a question ..

Perfect location, overviewing Nha Trang beach which looks wow. The rooms have an amazing design and attention to detaul for this money. We couldnt believe how great the seaview room looked for only 75€ a night. The hotel looks bright new or recently renovated. All you need if you are the type that walks around a lot and does not want to stay at a resort. Close to all good restaurants and cafes of Nha trang, as well as to the beach. Variety of dishes for breakfast, including a nice Viet coffee station. The pool and spa looked great but we did not have time to test them since we were always out in Nha trang.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Great location, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff especially Nguyen nhat Anh and Vy at reception. They were both amazing and gave us an early check in and a late check out, which was greatly appreciated. Good variety for breakfast, including both Western and local choices. A big shout out to the chef’s who were making the eggs at breakfast. DUNG and Hiep were friendly and accommodated our dietary requirements. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you! Communication with the hotel was extremely efficient and fast. They organised a transfer to/from the hotel/airport. Both transfers were punctual and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!
