The hotel is situated on convenient walking distance to the old city as well as to more touristy parts. The hotel director, Paolo, has a great consideration of his guests and cares about all the details that can make staying there a really enjoyable experience. Breakfast is just fantastic with a very wide and high quality offer of local and international specialties. You can also enjoy an authentic Italian pizza at the nearby restaurant. That's quite rare out of Italy and it is definitely a nice break while experiencing Vietnam cuisine. Staff is helpful and nice. We recommend it.

The room is basic but has all the essentials one would need- fridge, aircon, fan, hair dryer, HOT water and Wifi, so it is really good value for money. The location is a quiet side street that is still a very short walk to old town so it's extremely convenient. Most importantly all the staff working there are very lovely and always greet you with a smile and are happy to help. Especially grateful to Wendy who not only gave me detailed directions for every aspect of my trip, she was forever willing to go out of her way to make things easier for me and always checking in to make sure that I had something to do and advising me on where to eat and go! I didn't have to do any research or planning on my own because she took care of everything!
