Stayed for 2 days surrounded by this awesome family! Van and his staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located right on the beach and in the evening it was nice to go out on the balcony and watch the sunset. The room is clean, new plumbing, excellent wi-fi. You can address with any question to Van, and you will be helped! Unfortunately on the last day of arrival I caught a cold and could not fully enjoy the beauty of this place. Definitely put this place on your itinerary, it's worth a visit. Thanks Van!

We had a pleasant stay. The room was just as advertised—clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We found the location convenient; it’s on a quiet street, just a few meters from the free bus stop, and even within walking distance of the city center, just as we had hoped. Without a doubt, the most important highlight for us was the warm and attentive service from the staff. They were always kind and helpful, and one of them even assisted us in resolving an issue with our tickets. If we return to Phu Quoc in the future, we would definitely choose this place again. The beds are extremely comfortable, and using the conditioner overnight yields excellent results. Additionally, the outdoor area provides a pleasant shaded space perfect for reading a book or relaxing during lunchtime. Awesome host lady and all the staff working there. Booked it for a week for me alone at first, but when my partner arrived got upgraded to a separate room, and kept extending it for 1 more week.

I love the interior, the staff was incredibly helpful, breakfast buffet was incredible and changed each day. The pool was pleasant with a view, option to order drinks and charge the room. There is a shuttle bus for free after check out to the airport.

The beach bar came alive after sunset with music, fire shows, and a crowd that kept the energy high until late. We didn’t expect the evenings to be this fun, but it turned into one of the highlights of our trip. With Andy checking in to make sure everyone was having a good time, the atmosphere felt both lively and welcoming.
