Ame and Sunny at the reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel went above and beyond to make our husbands' birthdays special by surprising us with delicious birthday cake – such a thoughtful gesture! The spa at this hotel was a true highlight. The treatments were relaxing, and the staff were skilled and attentive, especially Lisa and Tina. It was the perfect way to unwind after days of exploring the beautiful city of Hoi An. One of the most impressive aspects of this hotel is the incredible value for money it offers. The quality of service, amenities, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. What sets this place apart is their attention to detail. They were always there to assist with any request or question, making sure our stay was flawless. Staying at this hotel truly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to return, and we wholeheartedly give it a well-deserved 5-star rating. This is the best hôtel I have ever been in Asia (and I've been to many). It is very clean, comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very good value for money. I liked the neigborhood, close to the rice fields. I would recommand Miss Hoi An café nearby and Rom vegetarian restaurant. The room with balcony is very bright and spacious.

Clean Room, fresh air and kind staff. We got upgrade to a bigger room which was very pleasant.
