The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided helpful information about local recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. (Kim: receptionist, Tung: receptionist and Sales: Jasmin). The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the comfortable bed. My experience at Legend Hanoi was wonderful. The attention to detail, comfort, and level of service made it a memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

The room is super clean and comfortable. The bathroom is quite spacious and has every amenities you need. Its right in the center of pho co so lots of great restaurant and cafes nearby. The best part is the exceptional service from every staff in the hotel. They upgraded us up a room and are always smiley and friendly the whole time we were there. This hotel exceeds our expectations and we would love to return here.
