Above all, the wonderful, kindest and most helpful staff ever!! A very special mention for Ms. Lily who went beyond all expectations. Ms. Lily helped us to organize our trip and book tours and transportation even before we started traveling. I have never seen such an excellent and caring service and support. She made our trip very special and unforgettable. Moreover, we really appreciated the special decoration in our room and upgrade for our anniversary celebration. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff are so friend and helpful. The bed is very comfortable, the room was big, the breakfast had a big selection and was very tasty. The location is perfect. It’s so close to old quarter and also to the lake. The room was cleaned every day. I was heading to the airport and one of the employees (I can’t remember his name) not only price matched Grab for me with their place service but gave it to me for 10k cheaper. Highly highly recommended!
