The staff's attention was very good and attentive; they helped us with bus reservations, currency exchange, and getting a SIM card, which made the trip much easier. The room was very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that was much appreciated for sleeping. Good breakfast and a very good location—close to the center but not in the noisiest areas, making it more peaceful. They also give you recommendations on where to eat and where to go. Totally recommended.

Breakfast was good, the bed in the room was, comfortable, I like the staffs here very much especially Andrew, David, Michael, and Henry. I definitely will come back this hotel for my next trip in Vietnam

Everything. Hospitable staff. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Staff was so courteous that they gave my children souvenirs at checkout. They have arranged tours for us which were really good.
