I forget my phone on a bus tour and the front desk staff who were working on 13 April 2025 at 8 pm helped me track down the tour company operator and retrieve my cellphone. They were quick to act and really made my trip special. The hotel is new and very comfortable! I enjoyed my stay

Ideally located in the old quarter and ideally staffed by exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were delicious and the room large and well appointed. Highly recommend and would have no hesitation in returning

Lovely staff - Ms Mai, Dan and Vian were so helpful and very polite. The hotel is in the Old Quarter and is a great location - 2 mins walk to the Water Puppets (highly recommended) and 3 min walk from the Hop on Hop off bus (ticket box and start of the bus tour). The family suite was perfect for our family of four.

Location is great to explore the city! Rooms were comfy and clean, they offered a nice breakfast and the staff was extremely attentive, especially Rose. They really made it a perfect stay. I'd come again!
