We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Everybody was polite, helpful knowledgable and they took care of us in professional way. Room was clean, beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. I would likd to thank all the staff for making our stay perfect, they even managed to set up small present for us - drinks for free at breakfast. We also took a trip to Halong Bay through the hotel. Unfortunately the experience was not good. The tour had a really bad boat (dirty and so slow), two hour delay and without english guide. We zalked to the staff after the tour at the hotel and mentioned our bad experience. She was szrprised and contacted the tour operator (it is not tour from the hotel but they had it booked for us) and as a refund one day later staff from the hotel offered us money back which they sent us right away. Afterall staff from the hotel were perfect and managed the problem really well (we do not blame the hotel at all since it was problem on tour operator side). They apologized and said they would check the quality. Would recommend to everybody the hotel.

Well in advance the lady as me if I could come later than the date I’ve booked. Probably because they were over booked in the room that I got. Since I’m on a tight schedule, this was the only date I could and would like to sleep at bbq hostel. Instead of cancelling. She surprised me with a VIP room which was absolutely stunning. The luxury in that room is that of a multiple star hotel what you would pay a fortune in in any other part of the world. The lady was friendly and they do laundry service . Just got a couple of bucks you get all your clothes back. Clean , dry and folded.

The hotel offers reasonable prices and is very close to the Quang Ninh Museum. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, minibar, electric kettle, free toiletries, and a work desk. In addition to a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, the room also has a beautiful city view. The 24-hour front desk is always ready to assist me with a warm and friendly attitude. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back.
