The hotel was situated within a shopping center which came as a surprise, but is was still very good! Great interior design and amenities. Breakfast room is on the top floor overlooking the city and Mekong. Excellent breakfast.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Silverland May and I was blown away by the exceptional service we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and comfortable. The room was beautifully appointed and clean, but it was the little extras that really made my stay stand out. The hotel staff anticipated our every need without requesting any of it. But what really impressed me was the way they went out of their way to make you comfortable.. I didn't even mention to the front desk that I was celebrating my birthday, and they surprised me with a beautiful cake and a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday - even written in our language. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made my stay feel extra special. Also giving 5 stars to the amazing staff at Maya's rooftop bar! I had the pleasure of enjoying a drink on the rooftop during our stay and it was another exceptional service. The bartender and all the staff there was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure we had everything we needed and even offered recommendations for drink choices. The view was stunning, but the staff made it even more special. Highly recommend this rooftop bar for a relaxing and enjoyable experience! Overall, I would highly recommend Silverland May to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The service is truly exceptional and the staff are dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. Thank you so much Silverland May, we will definitely be back soon!

Everything. The hotel is unique. The design is amazing. The staff is so so service oriented. It takes 20 sec till they knock on your door after calling reception. Great bfast and pool on top floor. Location - spot on! Main Market just 2 min walk. Everything walking distance

The staff was amazing and so very helpful. We had to have a late check in due to arriving on futa bus lines late and they stayed up to let us in. The service was amazing and honestly it was one of our favorite hotels in Vietnam.
