My experience at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The place looks exactly like the photos—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Daily housekeeping was done promptly, and everything was kept in perfect order throughout my stay. I arrived very late (around 3 a.m.) and was welcomed with genuine kindness and consideration, which immediately made me feel at ease. The staff consistently went above and beyond, offering warm, helpful service at all times. Breakfast was generous and diverse, with a great selection of food. The fresh fruits and natural juices were especially delicious—a real highlight of the morning. What truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail and guest comfort. On check-out day, they offer free luggage storage and even allow you to take a shower before heading to the airport—such a thoughtful and practical gesture, especially for late flights. I would highly recommend this place to solo travelers, families, and couples alike. It’s incredibly comfortable, perfectly located, and run by people who genuinely care about making your stay the best it can be. I would absolutely stay here again!

All the people working there were really nice and friendly. Especially Tommy was helpful and friendly. He speaks English so we were able to communicate with him although I don’t understand Vietnamese.

The best hotel we’ve ever been to. The staff is super nice, the hotel is clean, modern and well-located. Sky bar is one of the best - you also get one free drink as the inhouse guest. Breakfast on the 11th floor is also a great experience.
