We had an amazing stay! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, the room & bed were comfortable, and there were loads of nice little touches like free tea & pastries available in the lobby in the afternoon. Great location, central but very quiet rooms, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was fantastic too. Easily the best hotel I've stayed in Vietnam!

The room is comfortable, bed as well. Breaksfast varieties is a lot, and I am able to enjoy myself. There is a bar on the 3rd floor where it provides good cocktails and nice ambient. Overall I will stay again in this hotel for my business trip.

All the staff I encountered were warm, friendly & efficient. Special mention to Ms Kim & Ms. Oanh of Front Desk who checked me in & out n helped me decide on my day tours. Also, the 3 friendly ladies who served me breakfast in the coffee house daily. The Bellman who were always helpful & the housekeeping staff who i did not meet but did a good job at cleaning my room.

Our stay was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the service was great. Breakfast was really good. The location central where we wanted to be and the rooftop bar is the perfect place to wrap up the evening.

We stayed at this hotel twice at the beginning and at the end of our trip to Vietnam. The hotel is clean and provides very good breakfast. What we loved the most is the staff. The staff is simply amazing, they went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed, always super friendly and very attentive. The contact with the hotel prior to our arrival was great too, including organizing airport pick up. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and should we visit Hanoi again, we will certainly come back.

The room was very spacious, and the hotel's location is quite convenient with coffee shops and food options nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Huy. Unfortunately, the washing machine was not working for the first three nights of our stay. However, the staff were very accommodating and helped us by sending our laundry out. We really appreciated their kindness and assistance during our stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent customer service.
