This hotel was fantastic, but what really sets it apart is the staff. They’re on a whole different level. Every single person we met was so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. They didn’t just do the basics, they went out of their way to make everything easier and better for us. The heated pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and a great spot to unwind. The water was just the right temperature. The breakfast was another big plus. There were lots of options. Everything tasted fresh, and the coffee was great.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The staff are incredible. Thanks to Suzy and Christine. They are the best. I even left my heavy suitcase here to collect on my way back home. For free! I will stay here on my way home and anytime I come to Hanoi again, which I will be doing. Train street is two minutes away walking. I love Hanoi.

The staff were fantastic, super friendly and the most helpful we encountered in our two weeks in Vietnam. We booked our trips to Ninh Bin and Ha Long Bay through the hotel and it all worked like clock work. The location is on the outskirts of the Old Quarter which we liked as it was a little quieter (for Hanoi standards). The massage was top notch as well. Breakfast was good.

The staff at the hotel are amazing—very kind and always willing to assist. The breakfast is diverse, and there is also an afternoon tea. The rooms were quiet and clean. The hotel's location is away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, which we liked, yet it still feels close to everything. I would choose this hotel again.
