We travel a lot, but this was by far our best hotel experience. We were lucky to receive a room upgrade and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. A special thank you to Camellia, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything. Me and my friend stayed there for 3 nights. We got 2 rooms and they were both big, nice and very clean with big bathroom, hot shower. The staffs were very happy and helpful with any travel interest. We are happy to recommend this charming hotel to everyone!
