My stay at this hotel was truly impressive. While the room itself was fairly average — clean, functional, and with all the basics covered what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service and hospitality provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt sincere and professional. The team consistently went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, always with genuine warmth and attention to detail. We faced an unexpected change in travel plans and had to adjust our stay at the last minute. The staff handled the situation quickly and smoothly, offering support without hesitation. It really made a difference. If you’re looking for a hotel where the staff treat you like a valued guest rather than just a booking number, this is the place. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great stay at the Golden Rooster. The location is ideal to visit old quarter and has a lot of great street food and cafes around. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable, and was quiet too. What made the experience so special was the staff of the hotel. Anna helped us organise many things, even before our stay (transfers, trip to Ha giang, bus for our next destinations, etc). They also recommended nice places for food that we loved to discover. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff is really nice, friendly and make you feel like you’re home. They always prioritize clients’ needs. I switched to this hotel in the morning because the air conditioner did not work at previous one and the staff was rude and didn’t want to solve the problem. I was shocked by the professional services offered by this hotel. They allowed us to check in at 10am and upgraded our room. The room is spacious, clean and well-equipped with a great balcony. Breakfast was good as well. Other than standard breakfast, they also offer special menu. Location is great. Only 850m to train coffee street, Ha Noi cathedral, etc. The last thing I want to mention is that they are always nice to us through our stay even after checking out. You won’t regret to choose this hotel.

The value was exceptional. This was a property where the rooms were spacious, clean, functional (a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop a plus). Excellent location on West Lake (the laker was literally across the road from the hotel with many rooms having lake views).
