The breakfast was amazing, liked the breakfast at restaurant idea it gave up a chance to explore. The inhouse breakfast idea was also really. They should just work on how they will cater for their guests without the guests feeling like they’re being rushed to eat, we were given an hour to eat as the next couple has to occupy the balcony in the next hour. The guests in the room with a balcony should be given first preference to use that balcony and/or should be exclusively to to the guests in that room

    This place is orderly managed and the ambience is great.

    This place is orderly managed and the ambience is great. My ride up the hill was smooth and interesting. There are a number of safety protocols in place and I will highly recommend this place for visitors. There are many activities at the top of the hill to engage in. One feedback for the management though is to check the attitude of some of the staff at the top... when my friend and I were on our way back at the close of day when the siren rang, the man/operator was forcing my friend and I to accept other passengers in our private coach against our will with the excuse of it being close of day. Forcing us to let strangers into our private coach is a low blow, we literally had to 'fight' for our rights and insist we would not allow it. This delayed our trip down by some minutes used in arguing. This was on Friday 02 February at the close of the day. This staff, a man, should be coached on customer service and the right of customers.

    If you are afraid of heights then don't go there and also if...

    If you are afraid of heights then don't go there and also if you have naughty children then it's a no no because you won't feel there's enough safety for them. But other than that the place is beautiful, always go there.

    Carry a light jacket for up the mountain.

    Carry a light jacket for up the mountain. Plan to stay there for a few hours. There are places to buy some food and drinks, enjoy music by a live DJ. There is also a playing area for children. A man can proposal to his gf up there as the views become romantic as the sun sets. All in all a great place for hanging out, walking, relaxing and bonding.
