We absolutely loved our time at the beautifully designed hill house surrounded by nature with stunning views of Mount Batur. My son and I had a wonderful time at Volcano Bliss. Komang made sure our stay was completely carefree, and the cooking class by his wife at the hotel was a real highlight — the best nasi goreng we've ever had! We also went on a beautiful walk to visit a local healer, where I had a truly special experience and enjoyed a lovely lunch. The hike up Mount Batur was another unforgettable moment. Komang also took us to one of the oldest Hindu temples in Bali and explained the prayer rituals in great detail — it was incredibly interesting. We had such an amazing time and will definitely come back. Thank you, Komang!

The cottages are very well finished and extremely comfortable, the hot spring is an amazing feature! The staff are really helpful and organised a taxi for us last minute who made sure we got to our connecting boat on time! Location is remote but good place to be for early morning trekking.

We came on a rainy day which made the road a bit slippery but overall the accommodation is great. Room was big and spacious, great view, has hot shower which is important on such a cold day. They have basic amenities such as towel, soap, and electric kettle in the room so be prepared for other things. Really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back here again.

The view was amazing, the staff was amazing. People said there were too many flies. There are more flies back home in Australia so that didn’t bother me. They have an enclosed restaurant to eat in of the flies bother you. Watching the sunrise from the heated tub or from the swinging chair was magical.
