stayed room only, so no breakfast. very friendly staff, very informative about local bus times, convenience stores etc. traditional hotel so sleeping on Japanese mattress on the floor. good heater (was in ski season)

The owners were very kind and picked us up from the train station at late notice as we didn't have a car. They also dropped us off in town for some food and a trip to the local onsen, for which they gave us free tickets included with the stay. The cottage was very cosy and warm, we went in January and we're almost too hot! Perfect getaway.

Ramat lodge was such a great place to stay. Alan and Sue were very helpful and heaps of fun. Our twin room was really good. Breakfast is good and morning shuttles to the lift was an awesome service . 12/10. Can’t wait to stay again.

Anna and Aiden were excellent hosts. The Lodge was clean, warm and comfortable. Cosy beds and fabulous hot showers!. Ample breakfast was provided with a delicious home cooked hot option. We were fortunate to have a car, but I believe the Lodge mini bus and the resort Shuttle services worked well for other guests. Great value for money, lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend. Super friendly staff had great recommendations. Location close to bus stop and walkable into town was ideal. Very comfortable beds and tasty breakfast included. Close to bus stop and free morning shuttle to the ski hill.

The property is close to the ace family chairlift and also the ace gondola, it’s about a 5 mins walk. The staffs are very responsive and helpful from even before our stay started.
