The whole family has welcomed us warmly and did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was big and very delicious! The owner took time to tell us about their habits, life and floating islands. What is more they arranged a free transfer to the island for us as well. We will have the best memories of the family and this place. I highly recommend it!

This was an amazing place! The hosts were so kind, gave us loads of information and even took us on a small tour of some nearby islands. The food was amazing! Very generous portion sizes and they were able to cater to a vegetarian diet. It was cold in the lodge but we always had plenty of blankets, a heater, hot water and hot water bottles to keep us warm so it was never a problem. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing room at Titicaca Lake at sea level 4000 meters. Uf, very peaceful and quiet, amazing sunset. But, very cold during the night. You can have a gas heater all night but we switched it off and it was really cold during the night and morning. Just to know before where you go. But the place and the breakfast was amazing.

Staying on Uros Island was a truly wonderful experience. We stayed in a beautifully decorated room on the island where Walter's family lives. Walter was incredibly helpful, arranging our arrival (his father picked us up by motorboat). Throughout our stay, the family took great care of us, cooking us delicious meals, and Walter took us on a boat tour of Uros Island, explaining how the islands are built and how the community lives. He then organized a day trip to Taquile Island before we even thought of it ourselves. Walter sells beautiful handicrafts made by his family on the island. Watching the sunrise from the island's observation deck and the breathtaking night sky is an unforgettable experience.

The rooms had amazing views and it was very cozy. The family that runs the place was incredibly lovely and gave us all the support to arrange day trips in puno and to organise our arrival. Of course, the most attractive thing is the stay on the floating island itself, but in this case it is rich in all-round care provided by the owner of the house, who, within all the available possibilities, had created on the island maximal available comfort for the visitors, such as can be achieved on a place completely isolated from the normal urban infrastructure . . In combination with the interest of the owner to show to the "island visitors" all securities of life on the reed islands, together with sailing on both standard and reed boats and excellent cuisine offered by the landlady, will provide a source of great memories for all visitors.
