Our stay at Stroomrivier was exceptional. The location is stunning in the middle of a private reserve where we were visited by rhino and buffalo at our doorstep. Everything about the experience at Umoya was exceptional. The pre-arrival communication was fantastic. The staff during our stay were incredibly helpful, friendly and seemed proud of their job. The food was top notch (thanks David and Happy!). The setting is amazing and the photos don’t do the rooms or communal spaces justice. We did two game drives over our stay and Rassie was equal parts friendly and knowledgable.

Everything’s gorgeous, amazing, wonderful… it was such an amazing experience to stay in lodge. I am very upset to stay a 1 night. All the members were friendly. They made us feel like we stay at home. All the meals are exceptionally delicious. It was well selected menus and we enjoyed experience it a lot. Safari experience was something else. Our ranger is knowledgeable and experienced. Would definitely recommend stay in lush lodge.

Everything from the welcome to the end! All the people are so happy and excited! It was a wonderful stay! The chefkok was amazing 🤩 The guide was so helpful and informative about the animals and we saw the BIG 5!! He did al the best to see with us as most as possible. The host was kind and will do anything to make it comfortable for us. My wife was pregnant and they did everything to make it comfortable for us!! Don’t hesitate to book here!!
