Beautiful lodge with very kind and exceptional staff! Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. We are also thankful to the team for allowing us to have a late check out due to activities we had booked in the morning. The place and room itself is very nice and clean. Dinner was delicious and had a different menu every night which was really good in terms of variety. The open shower design probably caters / is more suitable for honeymooners and people travelling with their spouse.

The staff was unbelievably helpful led by Deniece at the front desk who helped us with everything--and we needed a lot of help. Ruth, Tino, Karin, and Mr. Attwell were spectacular. They were all beyond excellent!!

It was a very peaceful site with huts so beautifully designed . The gardens were emmacutely maintained adding to the peaceful atmosphere felt throughout. The staff were all amazing and went out of their way to help you, especially Loveness from housekeeping and Tawanda the chef who makes amazing fresh meals. The lodge has a shuttle service into town which was very useful. The rooms were cosy at perfect temperature for a comfortable nights sleep. Rooms cleaned everyday. Remember mosquito repellant !

Everything. The place is really peaceful with only 4 lodges, the lodges have everything you need, Millie and the team are so nice and helpful, we really did not have to think about anything there. It also doesn’t hurt that it is right on the game reserve and you wake up to zebras, impalas and baboons!
