Clonmara Country House & Cottages offers comfortable and stylish cottages set in 1.5 acres of manicured gardens. The property is fronted by a gorgeous stone cottage dating from 1855.

Each cottage includes a lounge area with flat-screen TV and DVD player. All have tea/coffee making facilities, a microwave, refrigerator and a dining area whilst the Country House has a full kitchen and multiple living areas. All cottages have split-system heating along with spa baths. Free car parking is provided. We booked Clonmara at short notice as our travel plans changed due to the recent bush fires. However, we were absolutely delighted with our choice of accommodation, and the cottage surpassed our expectations in every way. The cottage has everything you need for your stay including a comfortable lounge, large screen tv, games, books and films. We particularly liked the bed orientation where you look out through glass doors towards the field with alpacas grazing. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer in Port Fairy, and enjoy the charms of Clonmara.

Really beautiful apartment, with great quality appliances and finishing touches The apartment was extremely clean and had a brand new feel to it. The bath was beautiful and spotless The host was just wonderful! She talked to us about what to do in the local area, how to make the most of what the apartment had to offer, generally super passionate and great to talk to Oh I forgot, the views were unreal!

The cottages have a full kitchen, double corner spa, wood fire, smart TV, large deck with beautiful views, private BBQ and private outdoor fire pit. I don’t know where to begin with this place! It really is something very unique and special! The cottages are set in a lovely secluded bush setting above Lorne. My mom and I stayed in the 2 bedroom horizons cottages. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the cottage was fully equipped. The hosts were only a phone call away for any questions. The absolute highlight for me was all the lovely, friendly Cockatoos and Rosellas who came to visit our deck. The hosts even provide a tub of food for them! Interacting with these beautiful birds was a big highlight of our holiday!
