Carlos the manager was great and even called us when a sloth came near the reception, the beach was fantastic, many restaurants nearby. It was a dream.

It was so quiet. Only at 4 am the hawley monkeys were waking us up with their funny voices. Bryan recommend us a good place to eat dinners at Selvin in Punta Uva and we were in love in that place too. Having a car really helps. You can visit all these playas and a must see that is Cahuita NP.

All in all we had a really special time at Congo Bongo which we will remember forever.

Steps from the beach and a quiet road. 10 min walk to a number of restaurants and good grocery store. We had a cabin and it was wonderful and fully equipped. Great pool, quiet garden, lots of animals. Marise very responsive and offered helpful advice. We’re returning!
