Everyone is friendly and happy. Its not a resort, its an actual homestay and a glimpse into their day to day life. It's very uplifting. No wifi, but you can charge your devices at the main house. Bring fj cash.

The hosts Lilly and Simon are the most wonderful people ever. Kind souls that can make your stay here in Fiji a truly one of a kind experience. Staying at the salt lake lodge didn't feel like a hotel or resort, but instead felt like you got to experience how it would feel to live in a Fijian family. Not only were the people great but the food was extraordinary. They both could be in a Michelin star restaurant with the food they provided. We would also recommend doin LOVO with them, which is a traditional grill on an campfire of which I shared photos of. The location itself for us was also a 10/10 because we love being surrounded in nature, and what ever window you looked out from was the beautiful environment, even from the shower you could see the river. We could not recommend this place more if we wanted to. I hope your experience will be as beautiful as ours

The family running this home stay is wonderful. Delicious home cooked meals. If you’re lucky, you might get crab for dinner. It was divine. Nice hiking trail. They offer several activities. The property is beautiful, it has a magnificent outlook, seconds away from the beach. The self contained villas are private, clean and tidy, and well maintained. Clark and Liza are welcoming and helpful. Loved our stay.

Nabua Lodge is very nice, because the service people are very very friendly. The food is very good and is different every day. It is possible to book a Tour to the blue lagoon, the cave on the neighbour island or to visit the village. We have spend 4 nights and had a great time.

This was a perfect place to stay for me and my partner, just minutes out of the town means that it is both convenient and quiet. The staff were super helpful and happy to check us in late after we arrived from the ferry. All in all a lovely experience.
