The staff was really good. To name a few like Geff, Bastian, Ben, and many more. The food was excellent and super tasty! The tent was also really good. The staff surprised us with complimentary honeymoon services and even did a Maasai dance for us! We don't have any words about how grateful we were and how much we were taken care of. Never had such an amazing hotel experience anywhere in the world.

Very close to the landing strip. Very convenient location. F&B: very good options on the menu. Changes daily ( a la carte) and when camp is full they set up a buffet. We tried both. Fully enjoyable. Game drives are included. Great value. Excellent experienced guides (Raphael was informative, patient, a careful driver and a great conversationist) The camp staff were super accommodating and very approachable. They brought a fridge to our tent when we informed them there wasn't one. Housekeeping is impeccable, room was spotless at all times. Nice gesture of hot water bottles in the bed at night. Drink requests delivered to the room early in the morning before game drive. A wonderful experience. Excellent overall

Luckily I had the property to myself and was able to spend most of my time in the bush. The staff were awesome especially the safari guide.

The only word for this property is EXCEPTIONAL. We had a wonderful stay here. Staff was super courteous and very nice. Afric the chef is the sweetest and most humble guy who makes big portions of wonderful meals which you can never finish. He makes sure that everyone is well fed. Out game driver Rolex is the sweetest, kind, intelligence, humorous and very sharp guy. He had immense knowledge about safari and animals and he made sure that we don’t miss leopard, lion and cheetah. Host Jazeera is very kind and always available

We stayed in a club tent, and we loved that it was set away from the main accommodation, so it was a bit more quiet and secluded. Our room was beautiful with large bathroom facilities and allowed plenty of space to relax. We also had access to the Olchani Lounge, which overlooked the lake. The food was exceptional, and the staff were terrific. Everyone was attentive, and having stayed for 4 nights, the lounge staff knew my partner would be looking to enjoy a beer post afternoon safari each day. To celebrate a special occasion, my partner was also surprised with a cake on our final night, which was lovely. We would highly recommend Sarova and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Mara River Camp is located on the North West boundary of the Maasai Mara National Reserve overlooking the Mara River. It features a swimming pool and garden. The staff at the camp are great and very responsive to any need of your including food drinks and medication when we needed it! The Manager Eziekel, Aliche at the head office were outstanding in helping us make multiple changes to our Itinerary! The food was top class Indian and continental cuisine, the tents were comfortable with a hot pressure shower in the mornings and evenings an invaluable luxury in the bush!

Right in the heart of Mara reserve. View of river is lovely. Not all rooms have view but lodge view is top. Hippos and crocodiles in river. Great sounds at night. Lovely location for exploring Mara. Staff was amazing. Great food and so nice. Hope I return one day
