The service is very good, even before booking. Many questions were answered and planning done prior to arrival. Overbooking by 3rd party was rectified swiftly by the property, got a room upgrade. Our room is located directly opposite the river and food hall, just a short walk from the car park. The meals are generous and the activities are enjoyable. The facilitators are friendly and helpful.

The peaceful environment and the friendly host..
We did hiking in the morning and mr and mrs Leong served us with a delectable "mi sua" soup..
A big thank you to the host and we'll surely come again during our visit in Taiping

Overall, we had an amazing time there. Very Clean rooms. Location-wise, the chalet was just a few steps away from the beach and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The chalet has a lot of potentials. Maybe can improve the interior (as simple as standardise the bedsheets and curtains), and exterior - paint it with bright colours so it looks lively. Just my two cents :)
