We stayed in villa 10 and there were rhinos, buffaloes and much more animals next to our house. The design of the villa is on point: brand new - huge living room & kitchen, braai area, hot tub and you have your “own” chicken. The family who owns the farm is so lovely and welcomes you with open arms and hearts. We will definitely come back and will show our friends this little piece of heaven on earth. We already stayed in other much bigger game reserves but this stay was one of our South Africa highlights.

Garden Route Game Lodge is located near Albertinia, overlooking the Langeberg Mountain Range. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and various animals can often be seen. Our knowledgeable guide on the Game Drive, the great service. Our child absolutely loved the heated pools

Wow what a gem of a place: each self contained room has a kitchen, so self-catering is an option, or dinner at a very good restaurant. The hotel is on a beautiful property; the attention to detail is evident everywhere. The hotel is personal - staff are attentive and go the extra mile - and we loved how it’s decorated. We will definitely be back. One thing to note is that it is on an Island, so you can only get there by ferry.

The cabin was made of logs and had everything you could need supplied and was situated in a garden with mature trees and shrubs, which provides absolute privacy from the other cabins on the property. The hosts were also fantastic as were the other staff. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets should it turn cold.

Located in Keurboomstrand, Singing Kettle Beach Lodge features panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and has an à la carte restaurant, terrace and free WiFi. Awesome view. It's unforgettable to have breakfast on the terrace and see dolphins and whales passing in front of you. The bedroom is very big and comfortable The restaurant below the room is not so bothering and it worth a visit to have a spritz or an excellent dinner without using the car. Janine is very kind and friendly. We spent two fantastic days
