The lodge provides guests with a terrace, mountain views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Some units feature a balcony and/or a patio with river views. We had a wonderful stay in Eco Cabin 1. The views of the animals across the lake and behind the cabin are spectacular. The cabin itself is very comfortable, a bit cold in August but fortunately the fireplace heats it up quickly and there are extra warm blankets for the beds. The bad and hot tub were a nice extra luxury. We were with our 3 year old daughter and the cabin was also nice for her and even had some kids plates, cups and cutlery. It was a nice way for her to see the animals too.

Situated at the base of the wild Tsitsikamma Mountains, The Fernery overlooks an impressive 30-metre waterfall in the Sanddrift River gorge. The deck area boasts a cocktail bar and free WiFi is available throughout.

The spacious rooms and suites are individually decorated and filled with light. Some rooms have fireplaces and offer scenic views. The elegant bathrooms have floor heating and heated towel rails. Just perfect! Just out in the bush everything was clean and comfortable. The most friendly staff and a good kitchen. Great hiking possibilities as well to enjoy nature. They are building a new restaurant and will turn parts of the old restaurant/bar into rooms. Just hope they keep some parts of the current restaurant for a drink since it has the most beautiful views!

Each room and chalet at Garden Route Game Lodge offers either views of the mountains or the valley. They are elegantly decorated with thatched roofs and wooden furniture. All of them have TVs with digital channels and a safe. This stay was unplanned and booked last minute. And we didn´t regret it! Tasty food, great wine and a lodge with a view over the game farm. The 2 game tours (evening and morning) ,included into the room rate, are fascinating. We saw all big 5, except leopard, but therefore Cheetahs on the hunt.

With mountain views, Crags Country Lodge is located in The Crags and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden, outdoor pool and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Very beautiful accommodation surrounded by a beautiful garden with mountain view. Room was excellent; clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Restaurant serves great food.

Set 700 metres from Hartenbos Beach, Treklaer Lodge offers accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a shared kitchen for your convenience. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Beautiful interior. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and neat. Close to the beach. Had a lovely stay 🤗
