The tent was super comfortable with all the amenities. The location is amazing - super close to the South part of Addo Elephant Park, where if you're lucky you can even see animals in the park from the accommodation premises. It was also nice to have the pool, and you can also book a game reserve tour of Addo through them!

Cooled off in the sparkling pool and the turkish towels was fabulous. Big breakfast fit for a king and a friendly host to send us off into 2025.

Offering safari-style accommodations, this lodge is situated right on the banks of the Sundays River. The terrace decks offer far-reaching river views. Such friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. A garden that was full of beauty and interest. Steps down to the river, for swimming or kayaking. Lovely breakfast, with great home-made food. Ella, Derek, Leona and team will stay in our memories.

Featuring outdoor, rock waterfall showers, all Elephants Footprint Lodge rooms overlook the pool and garden. The lodge is right outside of the South Gate of Addo Elephant park- very convenient for our exit from our self-drive through the park. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We added the dinner and loved the lovely way the staff presented the menu to all the guests. And the food was delicious and abundant! Breakfast was included and also very good. The room had an outside shower which we both enjoyed with great water pressure. We would definitely recommend!
