The staff is amazingly helpful. The location is premium inside the castle and you step outside of the hotel to unbelievable views while standing in the middle of the castle itself. The room was one of the best we stayed in ever. We didn't need transportaion, we walked our way to all site seeings as the hotel is very close to everything.

The rooms were very cozy and comfortable and had lots of windows with nice view over the roofs and cobbled street beneath. Very calm at night. Heating works well. The shower is very pleasant. The owners are extremely nice and respond very quickly through the message system. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were smaller than they looked from the pictures but that is the grand angle issue…

The view from our window perfectly captured the essence of Berat, allowing us to soak in its charm from the comfort of our room.     The hotel and our room were stunning! The design is sleek, modern and luxurious. Every detail had been well thought out and the room and bathroom were so spacious.
