Duxton treated us very well. I had a suite then next day downgraded to a double - they let me stay in the suite until my flight. A great hotel. Much more generous than the Crown offerings, which we also stayed at but really dropped the ball.

With only 4 suites in the retreat, the pool area was often empty meaning we had a couple days completely to ourselves (including Valentine's day) which was amazing! Ken was also lovely, greeted us when we arrived but left you to enjoy your holiday whilst only being a phone call away if we needed anything, perfect situation for us enjoying a romantic week away. Couldn't fault the bed, room or facilities.

The room was spacious and the bed was excellent. The management was welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The facilities were modern. During my stay I was invited to attend the Diwali celebrations.
