The hotel is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops, and a two-minute walk to and from Saint James Parish. The manager, Zoritza (I hope that's how it's spelled), is a kind, resourceful, helpful person with excellent customer service. You are welcomed with a plate of fresh, high-quality fruit. The cleaning ladies are very polite, effective, and always with a smile. The double room is super clean, with pleasant cotton sheets and very comfortable pillows and beds. It has a small but functional refrigerator and a kettle with tea bags. The insulation is very good, both on the walls and at the window, allowing for a wonderful rest. The breakfast buffet is very varied and offers good quality food. You can borrow walking sticks for hiking in the hills. They also offer a shuttle service from Dubrovnik Airport for €160.00 one way. There is free parking in front of the hotel.

Hotel is new renovated, it has completely new part. Rooms are nice decorated with big balconies and very spacious. Also the breakfast has more to offer and it's in the hotel.

My parents recently celebrated their 40th anniversary with a stay at Hotel Grace, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment they arrived, they were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make their milestone celebration special. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. They were also delighted by the stunning view from their window - truly a sight to behold! Every aspect of the hotel was maintained to the highest standards. The common areas were inviting and impeccably clean. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast spread was particularly impressive. The hotel's location was perfect, just beside the church.In summary, Hotel Grace exceeded all expectations for my parents' 40th anniversary celebration. We had an amazing stay. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The apartment was beautifully designed, with a peaceful view over the vineyard—waking up to birdsong felt like a retreat, yet the city was just a few minutes away. Breakfast was excellent, with all drinks included in the price, which made it feel generous rather than standard. The fine dining restaurant was a highlight—we had dinner there all three nights and were impressed every time. We also did a wine tour with a lovely and knowledgeable guide. The Cuveé Deep Red was a standout, and we’re already looking forward to trying the new wine from the concrete egg. A place that gets everything right.
