The staff was amazing and I truly felt welcomed. It’s very upscale but I was made to feel at home. The hotel itself is just extremely beautiful, clean, and luxurious. I would stay there again and again!

Located a 5min walk from Geneva main station (which itself is 3mins per train from Geneva airport) and a stone's throw from the lake, surrounded by restaurants and endless miles of lakeside walks, shopping, transport, culture, mountain views. The staff gave us a friendly welcome, the reception area and bar feels 'luxurious', the facilities are top quality, the room was a great size with separate dressing area and innovative design giving the room a spacious feel - my only regret is we did not have more time to stay longer!

Hidden gem of an Hotel. The level of comfort, service and location were more akin to that of a five star. The bed linen, pillows and duvet were luxurious and the bathroom was heaven. The staff were amazing, friendly, polite and very welcoming.
