Warm and cosy room in a beautiful castle-like building. A short walk to the centre of the Old Town. Excellent breakfast. My room had a stocked minibar at reasonable prices which is something you don't find these days in Western Europe. It was most welcome when I fancied a whiskey tucked up in bed at the end of a long day of travelling. Cheerful, friendly and kind staff.

We really liked the hotel — it's small and in a good location. Everything was clean, and the room had everything we needed, even a scale. There were bathrobes and towels for the spa. The spa is small but very nice.

The Malá Dvorana is a lovely venue, a traditional one in which to have Breakfast. What makes it even more welcoming is they serve Sparkling wine alongside your breakfast buffet. As with Grandhotels, the bedrooms are huge and spacious. The service at the Front Desk is impeccable and all their staff have been most helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the Spa and Sauna rooms which are modern, comfortable and contemporary. And don't forget to get your perfect Karlovy Vary souvenir, the Grandhotel Pupp Spa Cup!

The hotel was recently renovated, and the bed is large and comfortable. Its location is excellent, with easy walking access to the main train station and water. The breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful. It has everything you need, and I highly recommend it.

The apartment is nice, and super-clean. Everything was in like-new condition. Excellent value for money. Great location, with a beautiful view of the city. The Colonnades and springs are just a few minutes walk away, and local bus station is also just a few meters away, if you don't want to walk on foot.

Historic, one of a kind location. Exudes traditional luxury and exceptional service. Spa treatments were fantastic. The entire staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Food was great at the meat and bone restaurant, the cafe Pupp and in the main restaurant. Room was amazing and bed super comfortable. Would recommend trying to get a room in the riverside building to get the full Pupp experience.

The first impression is "outstanding". Staff is extremely professional, there is an overall feeling of a real 5-star hotel. Facilities are amazing, quality is superb, and the dining experience is similar to that you would get in a Michelin-star restaurants, but, there is a But. PS. Massage experience is nice (not amazing but definitely not bad) but Spa section is quite basic

Although the room is not very large, it is very comfortable with the high ceiling and very clean, with an old charm. Cafe Pupp and the breakfast are very good. Much better price quality to compare with similar 5 stars hotel in Prague. We will come back.

absolutely stunning hotel. One of the best in Karlovy Vary. everything was 5 stars to me. Would definitely come back. Great spa, we had the apartment which was very spacious and beautiful. Clean throughout the whole hotel. staff very friendly.

Impressive historical hotel with exceptional service and great location. The diner in the restaurant was also memorable - very tasty and decorated on the plate with incredible perfection up to the tiniest bit. For us, a truly remarkable stay.
