United KingdomWhat a fab hotel! The outside and the interior of the hotel is wonderful- some fab historical features with a modern touch. Our room was lovely and right at the front of the hotel with a view of the church and surrounding buildings. When we arrived the guy on reception parked our car in the hotels secure garage area, and took us up to our room and explained how we had to order breakfast on the tablet in the room, which was a good feature. Breakfast in the morning was good too.
Also when we checked out we realised once we had driven round the corner that we had left our passports in the safe - utter panic of course! But the lady on reception was very understanding and gladly gave me access to our room again to retrieve said passports!

TurkeyThe hotel was in a quiet village. The working ladies were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It had a nice terrace. Breakfast was very good. It is the only hotel I will stay with if I come again.

Perfect location to explore Dinkelsbuhl, in the centre opposite the cathedral. Lovely old building that has kept its charm yet the bedrooms are so comfortable with modern bathrooms. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. Excellent food - we had dinner which was traditional food cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Breakfast was also first class. Highly recommend his hotel.

Second time visit, for Advent and city's Christmas Market. Great ambience at the hotel, swift and friendly staff, great buffet at dinner with ample choice and perfect service. Rooms are spacious enough and I've only missed an Espresso machine to be there. Breakfast is outstanding, with superb selection and live cocking stations.
