The apartment is immaculate - tastefully furnished, kitchen fully equipped, everything new and clean. Beds, pillows and duvets are soft and really comfortable. Location is more than amazing, we walked around this little safe town until midnight enjoying picturesque wooden houses and restaurants. Highly recommended - we will definitely be back!

The owner was very helpful, with good communication via Booking.co. We were able to move to handover time, as our trains were delayed. Even though the owner did not speak English, there were handover notes in English for us.

Good facilities, comfortable, quiet, very clean, good range of equipment for self catering, and host responds quickly to questions. The DB and HSB railway station is close-by, and it is a short walk into the lovely old town of Werinigerode, where there are plenty of good restaurants. There is a budget supermarket a short walk in the opposite direction, along with an independent bakery a few yards up the road, and further choices within a short drive. There is a small paved terrace accessed by French door, which is pleasant to sit outside for meals. The bathroom is very spacious, clean, well equipped, and shower works well

The host was very welcoming. We loved the practical but quirkiness of the property. The balcony was great. 2 nights wasn't enough time to even scratch the surface of things to do; or just have time to relax at this great little gem of a property.

The house was very comfortable and especially good for groups. Each bedroom was large enough for guests to spend time in their room getting some space from others. The house was incredibly quiet so the early morning people did not wake to late sleepers. Bathrooms were good size and the showers were great Outdoor balcony was very pleasant for evening meals Car parking nearby was v convenient
