Czech RepublicWe had really good time in Sea World Resort. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Staff was very nice and smiled all the time. We also appreciate nice surprices from the hotel and late check out because our flight departed next day early morning . I have to highlight Marzena, she cared if everything is ok or can help us with something all the time.

Very special thanks to Mr. Hesham Abdel Raoof who upgraded my room to a lovely one by the beach. Chef Hossam El Mansy is not only a superb pastry chef but a very amiable person. Warm thanks also go out to Reda Mahmoud and Ali Fathy at the restaurant, Nadi at housekeeping, and Mohamed Ali, Ahmed Raafat and Amr at the water park.
