Everything! First of all Florence! A great host who made us feel welcome at once thanks to her friendly and kind personality. She hat furthermore prepared many small welcome gifts including even fresh flowers in the apartment, despite the fact that we stayed just one night. Then the place itself. It's a real gem in a beautiful city. Perfectly located just outside the old town ramparts, with a parking space with a direct connection to the apartment (a huge plus in any city if you arrive by car), impeccably clean, more spacious than anything we've encountered on our trip through the South of France, beautifully furnished and styled and equipped with virtually everything you could ever think of. Florence had even thought of cutlery and plates for children as well as childrens games, books, magazines. We could have stayed there for weeks and wouldn't have missed anything. In fact we regretted having planned just one night in Avignon on our way back home. The next time we'll know better. This place and its host deserve at least 12 out of 10 points.

One of the best hotels i have ever been to. Stayed at room 6 with view of the garden. Great location, beautiful interior. Everything was clean and kept in really good condition. It felt brand new. Exceptional service and breakfast/bar service. Amazing garden. Quiet. Private. I will recommend this to family/friends and definitely come back. Its just the best.

Stylish, secluded and quiet, contemporary within traditional walls. The breakfast was copious and delicious. The restaurant was first class and the tasting menu was worthy of a Michelin star, it was innovative, used local produce served as a piece of art and the chef had great flair and imagination. As well as those qualities the food was delicious, flavoursome and simply spectacular. The service in house from Antonia was professional , friendly and just a pleasure to interact with her. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a simply perfect 4 days there.
