We absolutely loved this hotel. It was without doubt the best of the four that we stayed at in our tour around Corsica. It’s ideally positioned in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but still just a five minute walk from the port of Calvi and all its attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself has a boutique feel. It’s beautifully furnished with incredible attention to detail and spotlessly clean, both in the public areas and our bedroom. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was enormous with a lovely balcony overlooking the cosy pool area - the pool itself is also beautiful, with a lovely stone surround and little fountains. The bed in our room was one of the most comfortable I’ve enjoyed in a hotel anywhere and all the fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. The bathroom was immaculate with an amazing waterfall shower. Breakfast was served in the bar area, but with an option to sit out on one of the two outdoor terraces. It was a buffet with a great array of sweet and savoury options to choose from. It was kept well stocked and fresh by the staff. All delicious. All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

It is an exceptional property at the most beautiful place you can imagine! The staff was kind and professional.

This 4-star hotel is located in the town centre of Calvi and offers a heated outdoor swimming pool. The hotel is 500 metres from the port and 800 metres from the white sandy beach.

The back drop of stunning scenery on arrival at the hotel's reception set the tone for our short stay. It is truly a beautiful location looking out over the sea and the mountains...picture perfect. The hotel facilities are fabulous and the hotel itself was spotless and comfortable. However, the absolute highlight for us, was the staff who worked on reception. In my decades of travel, I have never encountered such friendly, obliging and helpful staff. They are etched in my memory forever and the hotel is fortunate to have these wonder women!

The location, beautiful rooms with fabulous views, excellent staff! The small garden is very nice and we enjoyed to rest by the pool in the evening.

This is one of the BEST hotels we've ever stayed at. It's quite small in terms of no. of rooms, very comfortable and has proper sound insulation. The rooms are also nicely decorated (we've stayed here 2 years in a row) and bathrooms are beautiful. All rooms have a terrace with chairs and a table, a nespresso machine + water boiler is available in each room. Parking is also possible in a large parking lot right in front of the hotel (<30 seconds on foot from the hotel). The breakfast is spectacular!! Every morning there is fresh home-made flan, plus one of the best omelets I've so far eaten (the quality of Corsican eggs is apparently next level). The hotel staff is also super-nice and helpful. One of the prettiest beaches in Corsica is approx. 5 minutes away on foot! As an additional tip: the family that owns the hotel also own the L'escale restaurant that is 4 minutes away -> it's spectacular! To wrap everything up: our 1 week holiday felt like a 2-3 week holiday in this hotel, it was that good!

We have been here for the second time and it is still comfortable, amazingly clean. Excellent location (beach, promenade, center) but still quiet environment. You can order breakfast, or they will deliver pastries to your door. Parking in the garage. We will come back again.

Absolutely superb hotel - it feels like a secluded resort but is close to the centre of town. Fabulous facilities. The pool was wonderful, as was the terrace. The staff are so friendly and helpful. A truly wonderful experience.

The Perla Rossa, a medium-size typical Corsican building on the seafront, offers elegant and luxurious accommodation and sweeping views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the sandy beaches.
